Additional Information
This is the designed behavior of Dashboards since October 2023, yet the URL should be correctly configured before embedding in the ArcGIS Experience Builder. In ArcGIS Experience Builder, we support "arcgis-auth-origin" and "arcgis-auth-portal" URL parameters to share authentications: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/experience-builder/latest/configure-widgets/embed-widget.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_679CF7FAAD32477BA57D2656E1099A19. It is a matter of user configuration.Workaround
1. Open the dashboard in ArcGIS Dashboards (Not in edit mode).
2. Copy the URL from the browser (The domain account URL, which is https://org.maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/itemID).
3. Paste the URL into the widget. The content is pulled through without a login prompt.
Alternatively, share the dashboard publicly.
