Additional Information

This issue is non-reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 and 11.0. Use ArcGIS Pro version 3.0.3 or later to publish the feature layer to an ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 environment to resolve this issue.

Workaround

Use ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3 or later to publish to the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 environment.
