An analysis service request via the utility proxy times out after 30 seconds and returns an HTTP 504 error, whereas requests directly to the various analysis services have a longer timeout.

This issue is not reproducible. The proxy timeouts are more than 30 seconds for several services. Contact Esri Support Services if any issue occurs.
