Additional Information
ArcGIS Collector is no longer receiving app updates. This issue is not addressed. After debugging, it appears the issue is specific to the organization's default spatial reference (7645) being unsupported by this version of ArcGIS Collector. Some newer spatial references may be unrecognized by this legacy app version. Change the organization's default map to an ESRI default or a map in a different spatial reference.Workaround
Use ArcGIS Collector and ArcGIS Field Maps on iPad and Android devices.
