Additional Information

Attempted to reproduce with Desktop 10.2 and CityEngine 2013 without reproducing the issue.

Workaround

1. Change system language to English using 10.0 ArcGIS Administrator or2. Uninstall ArcGIS 10.0 followed by installing ArcGIS 10.1.
