AIX files exported from ArcGIS Pro do not respect the transparent backgrounds set on the EMF files when used for feature symbology and instead display a white background when opened with Adobe Illustrator 2023 and ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud 3.3.0.

Export as an AI file from ArcMap or utilize an alternative symbology.
