<a href="http://support.esri.com/index.cfm?fa=downloads.patchesServicePacks.viewPatch&PID=43&MetaID=1351" target="_blank">http://support.esri.com/index.cfm?fa=downloads.patchesServicePacks.viewPatch&PID=43&MetaID=1351</a>In addition to installing the Service Pack 4, you must also follow the procedure below.1) Remove the AirPhotoUSA plug-in and ArcGIS 9.1 2) Install ArcGIS 9.2 (you are already at this point, but if you have other machines still at 9.1 then do not skip step 1)3) Install service pack.4) Remove the line (<e on="y" nm="PCRaster" ex="*.map" et="MAP" at="0x2f" /> ) from ArcGIS\bin\rasterformats.dat file. 5) Reinstall the airphotousa plug-in You should also follow these steps after you reinstall the AirPhotoUSA plug-in. These steps are directly from AirPhotoUSA.6) After you install Photomapper 4.23 Maphandler for ArcGIS 8.x and 9.x. Open ArcMap 7) Go to the "Tools" menu then select "Options" 8) Select the "Raster" tab then select the "FileFormats" button. 9) Next, select the "Advanced" button. Choose "Add new raster format". 10) Navigate to. C:/ Program Files / Common Files / ESRI / Raster / usr / lib /ntx86 / RasterFormats 11) Select the "APU_MAP_AG8.dll" then hit "Open" 12) You will be prompted to Restart the application, hit OK and close ArcMap. 13) Re-open ArcMap. Select the "Add Data" button and navigate to your favorite .map. Now you will be able to view your aerial in your ArcGIS 9.2.
