Possible workaround is to convert the GDB feature class to a shapefile. When converting true arc polygons to a shapefile the aggregate polygon tool works as intended. See attached data to reproduce.1) Open a blank mxd2) Unzip geodatabase in zipped folder 901877.3) Add Base_FC to map.4) Export Base_FC layer as a shapefile. When prompted, add the layer to the map.5) Run the Aggregate Polygon on both the GDB feature class layer and the new shapefile layer. The shapefile should work fine.Steps to Reproduce
