After using the 'Browse features' button to open the feature list in a cluster pop-up and returning to the cluster summary, the button has to be clicked twice to open the feature list again in ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript v4.29.

Additional Information

This is expected behavior. The browse experience is still enabled when exiting out of the clustered features list. To continue browsing the clustered feature list, select the feature menu button on the top of the popup UI to browse again.
