After upgraded to ArcGIS 9.3.1, the ba_detailed.mxd will not open.

BA_Detailed.mxd is going away in 9.3.1 - no longer applicable.Workaround
Open a previously saved map document based on the ba_detailed and remove any layer that is not default and then Save As. Then right click on the map document and make it read only so basically making this the 'new' starting map document.Update: Uninstalling XTools Pro 5.0 resolved this issue. Installed version 5.3 but it still has the same issue.Steps to Reproduce
