After updating to iOS 13, Explorer for ArcGIS is unable to login to portals configured with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) with the error kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 301.

Workaround

  • Disable Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) on the portal.
