After updating to iOS 13, ArcGIS Workforce is unable to login to portals configured with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) with the error message "kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 301" returned.

Description
On devices running iOS 13 and later, Workforce for ArcGIS is unable to connect to portals configured with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA). When signing into a portal with IWA, error 301 kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork is encountered.
This behavior does not occur with iOS versions 12 or earlier.
Cause
BUG-000125988 After updating to iOS 13, Workforce for ArcGIS is unable to login to portals configured with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA), and error 301 kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork is returned.
Workaround
The workarounds at this time are:
- Disable Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) on the portal, and use the built-in identity store.
- Use another identity store, such as SAML.
- Use iOS devices with iOS 12.
