After updating to Business Analyst 9.3.1, clients get the GXImageConnect error message when opening Business Analyst.

Workaround
Fix the paths in the registry to include Program Files. From the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GlobeXplorer\ImageConnect\ArcGIS9.Both the AppPath and HelpFile keys need to be amened to include the "Program Files" part of the path.AppPath goes from C:\ArcGIS\Bin to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\BinHelpFile goes from C:\ArcGIS\Business Analyst\Documentation\ImageConnect for ArcGIS.pdf to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Business Analyst\Documentation\ImageConnect for ArcGIS.pdfMaking this registry change will fix the path and the client will no longer get the message.
