After two widgets are stacked, the tabs at the bottom of ArcGIS Dashboards disappear when entering the full screen (F11) mode on Microsoft Edge 86.0.622.63.

Additional Information

The issue is not reproducible in the newer versions of ArcGIS Enterprise (10.8.1) or Microsoft Edge (87.0.664.47).

Workaround

Use Chrome or Enterprise 10.8.1.
