After the Survey123 for ArcGIS 3.8 website is released, a DateTime question published or republished in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS does not work in the web application.

Additional Information

After the fix, the user needs to republish the survey in Survey123 Connect to fix its behavior in the web app.

Workaround

  • Use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer
  • Specify to open the survey in the latest version of Survey123 for ArcGIS.
  1. Log in to https://survey123.arcgis.com/.
  2. Select the survey. Click Settings.
  3. Under the Version tab, click Always use the latest version.
  4. Click Save. Date and time are automatically populated as expected when the survey is opened in the web browser.
