After the November 2024 ArcGIS Online release, unexpected behaviors are observed with a feature layer using a field which has the same "Description" of Coded Value Domains in ArcGIS Field Maps and ArcGIS Filed Maps Designer.

Workaround

Remove domains which has duplicated “Description” (Label) in ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS Online.
