After the Generate Points Along Lines tool generates equal interval points along a geodesic line, the positions (latitude and longitude) display a 2-3 meter offset in WGS84 when compared to true geodetic positions. The tool fails to create equal interval points along a geodesic line, producing points based only on planar distance.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.Workaround
There is no current workaround aside from manual calculations, which is not practical for large datasets.
