After the ArcGIS Online October 2023 update, some hosted feature layers return the error messages, "Invalid URL" at the REST endpoint and "Unable to establish a secure HTTPS connection to the layer" when opening the layer in Map Viewer.

This issue is fixed. If an overwrite is attempted when the issue is still occurring, the services may return errors. If experiencing errors, republish or overwrite the services again.
