Bug
After the ArcGIS Online November release, when a Survey widget's map question is connected to the Map widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder, clicking on a feature in the Map widget will refresh the survey and wipe out questions that have been filled.

The 'Behavior on selection change' option is available in the survey widget settings. Edit the app and select the appropriate option: Option 1: Refresh survey and update connected questions. The following behaviors apply when you choose this setting: - The survey is refreshed when the selection changes, and the connected question value is updated in the survey. - The survey is refreshed if the selection is cleared. - The survey’s default value is preserved. Option 2: Only update connected questions. The following behaviors apply when you choose this setting: - The survey’s connected questions are updated when the selection changes. - The survey’s connected question is cleared if the selection is cleared. - This does not affect user input on other questions.Steps to Reproduce
