After the ArcGIS Online February 2025 update, the Zone Lookup Instant App does not return any results when layers from referenced ArcGIS Server (10.9.1) services are configured to include in results and spatial relationship is set to intersects.

Workaround
This issue is specific to apps using the 'features within a zone' search method, and no layer is selected in the 'Select a layer to use as a search zone' setting. To fix this issue, select a layer to be used as the search zone.
