After the ArcGIS Online February 2025 release, the new German (Standard) data source variables '2024 Pop: Tertiary Education (ISCED 6 to 8)' and '2024 Pop: Education Unknown' have no values in ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.

This is expected behavior for the Education dataset in Standard countries. Variable collections across the Standard country datasets are being standardized to support cross-border workflows and analysis. This includes the Education variable collection, which was updated for Germany in the February release. Due to the structure of input data in some countries, zero values may occur for some variables within the collection. For example, 'Education Unknown' may display a value of zero because data has been collected for the full population. In other cases, educational attainment data are unavailable for one of the standardized categories, such as 'Post-Secondary/Non-university Education (ISCED 4 and 5)'.Steps to Reproduce
