After the ArcGIS Online February 2025 release, the Animated symbols are missing in a custom 2D web style group defined in the Web styles option before the release.

This is expected behavior for the newly added styles and custom groups. The sharing of the default styles only happens when a group is defined under the organization settings. We do not push styles into the existing custom groups to prevent the case where an admin may have set styles, and newly added ones should not be used by the organization members. You can add the style to the group using the Add item and search in ArcGIS Online for the itemid e735e01bd1d34c2eaaafa3229c231be2 or search for the term Animated and filtering by item type Web Styles.Steps to Reproduce
