After the ArcGIS Online February 2025 release, basemaps using 'World Hillshade' and 'World Imagery' have the 'Show in basemap legend' option enabled by default, causing the legend to display when printing.

Additional Information
The 'Show in basemap legend' option was already enabled in previous releases for the 'World Hillshade' and 'World Imagery' basemap layers. This is not a regression introduced in the February release and is considered as designed.Workaround
Toggle off the 'Show in basemap legend' option for the basemap each time.
