Bug
After the ArcGIS Online February 2025 release, adding a secured ArcGIS Server feature service as an item to ArcGIS Online with stored credentials returns the error, "You are not authorized to access this service" on the item details page immediately after publishing, even though the layer is accessible and the error goes away upon refreshing the page.
