Bug
After the ArcGIS Online February 2024 release, members with the custom 'Receive content' role privilege are unable to receive content that is shared with a group that they are a member of. When an administrator tries to change the content ownership to the member, the error message, "Unable to change ownership. The content recipient doesn't have access to the groups that the content is shared to" is returned.

Workaround
- Make the group member a group manager.
- Remove the group sharing of the content item, change the ownership and share the content item back with the original groups.
