Bug
After synchronizing to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Server, a local geodatabase copy of a hosted feature layer created in ArcMap is removed from the user's local machine.

Additional Information
This is a known limitation of the one-way sync used for syncing with REST endpoints.Workaround
- Make a copy of the geodatabase in the File Explorer before syncing the layer back to the server.
- The copy is also to be placed in the FeatureServiceLocalEdits folder and after syncing the original, it is not deleted.
