After sharing the feature layer with the attribute rule that contains the FeatureSetByName function to ArcGIS Enterprise Portal as a web feature layer and opening the web feature attribute rule, the title parameter within this function is changed to a different layer name that does not correspond to the original feature layer name from the feature class residing in the reference registered dataset.
