After setting a Secure Lightweight Active Directory Protocol connection in a standalone ArcGIS Server from the Server Manager endpoint, the "s" in LDAPs is dropped when reopening the Security Configuration Wizard.

Workaround

Cancel out of the Security Configuration Wizard as it does not affect connection to the user store.
