After running spatial aggregation in ArcGIS Insights and sharing the map to Portal for ArcGIS, the Map Viewer does not display the spatial aggregation output.

Additional Information

This issue is fixed and no longer reproducible in the latest version of ArcGIS Insights.

Workaround

Instead of using USA_Boundaries_2016.sd, use the USA Counties boundary layer from ArcGIS Living Atlas.
