After running for an extended period of time (24+ hours), an application using composite symbols to render graphics leads to a runtimecore access violation error and crashes the program.

Workaround

Avoid the use of composite symbols with graphics; directly use PictureMarkerSymbol instead to prevent crashing behavior.

Update: Crashes are still reported with the use of PictureMarkerSymbol.
