Bug
After running a reconcile and post on a version from ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro, Error -25 is returned when running an SQL script to start an edit session while connected as a non-data owner user on a versioned view hosted in a PostgreSQL Enterprise geodatabase.

Use any user other than the Spatial Database Engine (SDE) or version owner to run the reconcile and post.
