After restarting the Portal Service while using an SSL Certificate with a DNS Alias as the CN on the SSL Certificate the portal.ks is reset to the default and the Portal environment is broken and unusable.

Additional Information

The Certificate Authority's root and intermediate certificates must be imported into the Portal for ArcGIS keystore before the web server certificate is imported.
