Go to the published model and update it: (<a href="file:C:/arcgisserver/directories/arcgissystem/arcgisinput/" target="_blank">C:\arcgisserver\directories\arcgissystem\arcgisinput\</a><servicename>\extracted\v101\<folder>\<toolbox.tbx>.
