laptop and a wrench

Bug

After installing the January 2015 security patch, ArcGIS 10.2.2 for Server users are unable to use a local address utilizing HyperText Transport Protocol Secure (HTTPS) on port 6443 to do backups with the Backup utility. This happens with both self-signed certificates and domain certificates. HyperText Transport Protocol (HTTP) works fine.
