After installing the Image Server Service Editor on a machine with ArcGIS 9.3.1 SP 2 Desktop installed, ArcMap/ArcCatalog fails to open when a single-use product is used and displays the following error message: "ArcView (or ArcEditor) is not registered for use". Floating software opens without errors.
