Bug
After installing ArcGIS Pro 2.7, users are unable to start Data Interoperability Workbench. The app hangs and returns a license error.

Workaround
There is an auto-install patch if the user allows it, otherwise, it is downloadable in https://my.esri.com/#/downloads/ArcGIS%20Pro/2.7.
Uninstall and roll back to ArcGIS Pro and Data Interoperability 2.6.3.
