After grouping a text box in the map frame of a layout view, the interval for x-value and y-value can only be edited once.

Additional Information

This issue cannot be reproduced with the daily build of ArcGIS Pro 2.6.

Workaround

Ungroup the text box to edit. Regrouping the text box causes the issue to re-occur.
