After failover, if an incremental backup is requested but a full backup has not been run, run a full backup instead of an incremental.

Workaround

There are 2 workarounds:

• Set the backup location to a shared location. Since both data store machines can access the backup location for the data store that stores incremental snapshots, they are able to avoid issues when an incremental backup is requested after a failover.
• Run a full backup manually. Note that if the backup location is not in a shared location that both data store machines can access, the issue may occur if the data store needs to failover again.
