Bug
After exporting a hosted feature service from ArcGIS Online in any format (SHP, FGDB, KML, XLSX...), the CreationDate and EditDate as well as any other date/time fields are off by minus one hour, in this case UTC rather than UTC+1.

There is no issue and the workflow works as designed. ArcGIS Online stores dates in UTC but when displayed the date is converted to local time.Workaround
If aware of the time offset, users can recalculate the affected fields for some formats in ArcGIS Desktop or else.Steps to Reproduce
