After executing a search using the ArcGIS Experience Builder Search widget, the search results list is not the next focus in the application’s focus order.

Additional Information

This is due to the Search widget design, and there is no plan to fix it. Changing the current behavior would break the current UX of leaving the popper on the interface. The arrow keys are the expected keys designed to navigate through the search result list.
