Bug
After enabling security for ArcGIS Server 10 in the EC2 Amazon cloud AMI, SQL Express ArcCatalog connections that use credentials fail with the error message "...resource not available regardless of authentication". This is caused by the agswebservices account being used for the ArcGISServicesAppPool.
