After deleting an ArcGIS GeoBIM project containing the Issues Dashboard app, the ArcGIS Dashboards element of this web app is not deleted and can be found in ArcGIS Online Contents.

This issue is not reproducible. The bug is identified in an older version of the ArcGIS GeoBIM app.

Workaround

Delete the specific Issues Dashboard web app before deleting the ArcGIS GeoBIM project.
