After creating a hosted feature layer from Workforce for ArcGIS and use the layer in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, the Filter widget with an expression based on a domain field does not work when the Value option is selected.

Additional Information

This is by design. The Value option lists all available values from the layer. The Unique option respects the features currently show on the map.
