After creating a 3 nautical miles (3 nmi) and 5,556 meters buffer from a point, it results in 3.7 meters offset between the object. There is approximately a 1.25 meters difference between the two measurement units, meaning the result for 100 nautical miles for the same distance in meters is approximately 125.8 meters difference.
