After configuring 'A custom attribute display' and changing the HTML source code with a custom code in 'Configure pop-up' to attach a link to a survey form in a web map, the callback value in the code does not send the survey and but by default opens the ArcGIS Field Maps application.

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123 3.14.

Workaround

  1. Remove the callback value code.
  2. Switch the apps manually.
