After changing authentication from IWA in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1, the ArcGIS Survey123 mobile app gets stuck on the starting page.

Workaround
Navigate to C:\Users\<username>\ArcGIS\AppStudio\Settings and delete all the JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) files in the folder. This removes all portal connections for both the ArcGIS Survey123 mobile app and ArcGIS Survey123 Connect.
