After changing a symbol using a URL in ArcGIS Explorer Online, the symbol appears distorted when the map is viewed in the ArcGIS.com map viewer.

After adding features or importing points using a .csv file in ArcGIS Explorer Online, save the map to <a href="http://ArcGIS.com" target="_blank">ArcGIS.com</a> and then use the <a href="http://ArcGIS.com" target="_blank">ArcGIS.com</a> map viewer to change the symbol to a URL-based symbol. The symbol will display correctly in <a href="http://ArcGIS.com" target="_blank">ArcGIS.com</a>, ArcGIS Explorer Online, and the iPad ArcGIS application.Steps to Reproduce
