After assigning a task without a report, the task is unable to be marked as Complete and provides the message "report required" even though the dropdown for the report in the task is set to None.

Additional Information

When a task is assigned to a user and a report is not included, they are unable to complete the task as they are required to submit a report albeit a report was never assigned.
