Workaround
- Navigate/view GeoEvent Service in ArcGIS GeoEvent Manager
- Review/take note of settings configured for processor
- Delete and recreate custom processor (ensure that new processor is a different name)
- Example:
- Original processor name: Field Splitter
- New processor name: Field Splitter New
- Publish
- Navigate back to review GeoEvent Service count – will now see in and out count displaying
Stop and start process may also help to prevent this behavior:
- Stop inputs, output and ArcGIS GeoEvent Services in ArcGIS GeoEvent Manager
- Stop GeoEvent > GeoEvent Gateway > ArcGIS Server
- Once confirmed that these services are stopped, start in the below order
- Start ArcGIS Server > GeoEvent Gateway > GeoEvent
- In this order, start outputs then start GeoEvent Services and then start inputs
