This issue was not reproducible in-house and will not be addressed at this time. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services. This issue is fixed as of ArcGIS Field Maps version 25.2.Workaround
- In ArcGIS Field Maps, exit everything, including the web map.
- Return to the web map in ArcGIS Field Maps, select the same polygon, and select the related table. All records are displayed with no loading dashes.
